Hi, I’m Stacey.

Not everyone needs a “hurricane” to make a shift in life; sometimes we just need a nudge. Interestingly, the nudge might be the whisperings of one’s intuition.

I don’t recall exactly when I stopped listening to my intuition, but I did feel the consequences.

As it turns out, the body will speak when intuition and instinct are ignored.

I experienced physical pain in my neck, shoulders and back. Sleeping became irregular and taking medication a routine. I felt uneasy. I retreated from social circles, suppressed my feelings, and exercised constantly as a way to escape my world.

It was confusing because I thought I had everything I could possibly want in my life. Yet staying busy and checking off boxes didn’t equate to happiness, productivity, or living fully. I knew something wasn’t right.

Then, a perfect storm changed everything for me. My personal hurricane had been brewing for some time and finally hit shore, and the impact knocked me flat.

The storm was the impetus to figure out who I was and what I wanted.

Healing, for me, was tender work. It took time and the support of friends, family, and professionals. My instinct and intuition returned. It took time to trust myself again, but once I did, my life expanded in all directions. I finally woke up.

I discovered and enrolled at the University of Santa Monica, where I graduated with a Master’s Degree in Spiritual Psychology.  I am a graduate of Landmark Forum and hold a Masters in Education (earned earlier). I am yoga certified and am actively studying the enneagram. Currently enrolled in the Yogahealth certification program, I remain committed to stretching my boundaries through personal growth and to learning with others on similar paths in wellness — in mind, body, and spirit.

Through my experience and  studies over the past decade, I have gained tools and learned lessons that have forever changed the way I perceive and live my life. I love most of what I do everyday, and I laugh much more. Lightness is joyful and easier to access. Life continues to flow with all its gifts and challenges. I am the mother of two daughters — a self-proclaimed hippie and a competitive skier, both of whom live and love their lives fully. I am happy to be an integral part of their journeys.

I am grateful for many blessings, including the chance to work with Senti and share our learnings through our courses. We welcome all those interested in growing, shifting, sharing, transforming, and learning — to be healthier in our own lives and in our relationships. Personal hurricanes are not  required.
