Hi, I’m Senti.

A wise horse trainer said “Something happens before something happens,”  meaning the horse gives the rider a signal before it bucks you off. Hitting the dirt after getting bucket off doesn’t come out of nowhere. A perfect analogy for my life. I got warning signs before getting “bucked off.” But I ignored the signals.

My story is not unlike many others. I got “bucked off.” When everything I thought was “me" exploded, I was left asking myself, “Who am I”? I thought I was Mrs. (so & so), Mother, Daughter, etc. my list of jobs, titles, and achievements-

Until I wasn’t.

Depression set in. I know what that dark cloud looks like and feels like.  I had no idea what to do, where to go, or how to move forward in my life.

A lifetime of trying to be the perfect-pleaser left me with many masks and an impressive resume. Yet, I was empty and unhappy. I realized I had lost myself.

That was my opportunity to get “back in the saddle” and pull the masks off. Sounds easy, right? But it wasn’t. My remedy came through support from dear friends (including ones I hadn’t recognized before), a loving family, wellness professionals, and my commitment to thrive and not just survive.

Today I can say I am grateful for getting “Bucked Off”. It provided me the opportunity to focus on evolving my mind, body, and spirit. I have been immersed in educating myself on how to live a brilliant, thoughtful, and deeply meaningful life. Some of the places this path has taken me:

  • Masters Degree in Spiritual Psychology from University of Santa Monica

  • Meditation Retreats (vipassana)

  • Certified Yoga Instructor

  • Landmark Education

  • Vision Quest

  • Neuro-Linguistic Programming Training

  • Enneagram Education

  • Yoga Health Coaching Certification

These experiences and education have altered the way I view my life and the world. I’m able to live with more love, compassion, understanding, peace, joy, acceptance, and gratitude. I continue to discover parts of myself that have been hidden, and I’m enjoying the ride. My passion is sharing the best of what I’ve learned and helping people. Thus, LifeCourse Education was born.

I’m grateful to have the opportunity to partner with Stacey and share these life-altering teachings. We are passionate about what we do. Our goal is to change the world for the better, one person at a time, and we would love that person to be YOU.

When I’m not taking courses and studying Personal Growth materials, I’m outside exploring nature on a bike, hiking, or skiing (usually with Stacey).  As you can guess, I love horseback riding, and yes, I have been bucked off.  My husband and I enjoy fly fishing, golf, water skiing, alpine skiing, travel, and entertaining friends and family.  I am blessed to have 4 children and 4 grandkids. Life is full and wonderful, usually!
